Trustees in discussion at a scheme meeting

Why trustees appoint us

A scheme run on a calendar, not on crisis

Most scheme problems are timing problems: levies raised late, budgets approved without cash flow, plans that exist on paper but never get funded. We fix the sequence first — then the reporting takes care of itself.

Trustees remain in control of every decision. Our role is to give them accurate numbers, correct procedure and a clear record of what was resolved.

Changing agents

How a takeover works

Moving a scheme to a new managing agent is routine. These four steps usually run over one to two levy cycles.

01

Scheme review

We review the sectional plan, rules, latest financials, levy roll and any arrears before quoting.

02

Handover

We collect records from the outgoing agent or trustees, open the trust account and reconcile opening balances.

03

First cycle

Levies are raised, owners receive statements and the first monthly financial pack goes to the trustees.

04

Ongoing

Monthly reporting, meeting support, maintenance coordination and compliance filings run on a fixed calendar.
