About us
Smarter administration, stronger business
GLR Management Services was built around a simple observation: most South African businesses and community schemes do not have a bookkeeping problem or a property problem — they have an administration problem.
Who we are
One office for the financial and the physical
We combine two things that are usually bought separately: proper financial administration and hands-on property management. That means the person who raises a levy is working from the same budget as the person arranging the repair it pays for.
Our work spans bookkeeping and payroll for trading businesses, statutory company administration through CIPC, and full managing agent services for sectional title schemes and homeowners associations under the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act.
Clients stay with us because the monthly cycle is predictable. Books close, levies go out, statutory returns are filed, and the reporting pack arrives when it is supposed to.

How we work
Accuracy · Compliance · Trust · Results
Four words sit under our name. They are the order in which we do the work.
Accuracy
Reconciled figures, not estimates. Every balance we report can be traced back to a source document.
Compliance
SARS, CIPC, CSOS and COIDA obligations are diarised and submitted on time, every cycle.
Trust
Client and scheme funds are handled through dedicated accounts with clear approval trails.
Results
Better collections, funded reserves and clean audits — measured, not promised.
